To strengthen our pool of experts and support upcoming assignments, we are seeking an experienced **Strategic Fundraising, Feasibility and Resource Mobilization Consultant** to contribute to feasibility-informed fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and long-term financial sustainability planning.

**Role purpose**

The consultant will lead the design and implementation of fundraising and resource-mobilization strategies that support organizational growth, partnership development, and sustainable financing. The role combines **strategic analysis, donor engagement, proposal development, and feasibility-informed decision-making** to guide major initiatives and investment priorities.

**Key responsibilities**

**Strategy and analysis**

- Assess funding landscape, opportunities, and gaps, and recommend viable resource-mobilization approaches.
- Develop fundraising and resource-mobilization strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on sustainability and growth.

**Financial feasibility and modelling**

- Develop **financial feasibility assessments** for major initiatives (e.g., services, new units, expansion plans).
- Build **multi-year financial projections** (income/revenue streams, cost structures, cashflow assumptions).
- Conduct **break-even and sensitivity analysis** to test key assumptions and risks.
- Translate financial findings into clear decision options and recommendations.

**Donor engagement and partnerships**

- Identify, map, and engage institutional, philanthropic, and private-sector donors.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Support high-level donor meetings, coordination, and relationship management.

**Proposal development and fundraising delivery**

- Lead preparation of grant proposals, concept notes, and fundraising materials.
- Maintain donor pipelines, opportunity tracking, and reporting systems.
- Support implementation of fundraising campaigns and partnership initiatives.

**Organizational strengthening**

- Strengthen internal systems and tools for fundraising, pipeline tracking, and sustainability planning.
- Provide guidance to teams on feasibility-informed planning and investment readiness.

**Minimum qualifications**

- Significant experience in **fundraising, partnerships, resource mobilization, or strategic consulting**.
- Demonstrated experience conducting **financial feasibility analysis** and building **multi-year financial projections**.
- Strong skills in **budgeting, costing, forecasting, and scenario planning**.
- Proven success securing institutional or philanthropic funding.
- Strong analytical, proposal-writing, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong professional writing ability.
- Relevant university degree in business, economics, finance, development, or related field.
- Previous experience working in the humanitarian and development field
- Previous experience working with consultancies or research firms
- Arabic language (is an asset)
