Your responsibilities:
Facilitation of Safeguarding Trainings and the training of the MI Safeguarding Policy and Regulation
Support MI staff and partner organizations to improve safeguarding practices including community awareness in the region
Support Safeguarding Self-Assessments and follow up of Safeguarding Action Plans
Conduct Safeguarding Audits in projects/locations
Conduct Safeguarding Investigations according to industry standards.
Support the Global Safeguarding Manager in the case management and investigation of SEAH incidents globally
Your profile:
A university degree in a relevant area such as criminology, law, sociology, psychology, or relevant work experience
Certificated SEAH investigator (IQTS by CHS/Humentum) or similar
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in conducting SEAH investigations in the humanitarian sector
Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging Safeguarding Trainings
High flexibility as well as willingness to travel worldwide on short notice
Fluency in French and English is required - spoken and written
