We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator with a focus on communications to join our on-site team. This role combines operational coordination with leading the project’s communication and advocacy efforts.

You will be responsible for shaping Habibi.Works’ public presence, including social media, storytelling, and strategic communications, while contributing to the overall coordination and sustainability of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate and support an international volunteer team
- Facilitate onboarding, meetings, and team wellbeing
- Develop and implement communication strategies
- Create and oversee content for social media, newsletters, and reports
- Contribute to advocacy and counter-narratives on migration
- Participate in daily operational tasks

**Profile**

- EU citizenship required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in communications and project management
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience and resilience in dynamic environments
- Minimum age: 25
