Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is currently looking for a **Global Partnership Governance Manager** to design and strengthen a coherent, scalable partnership system across PAH. The role will focus on establishing clear structures and processes for cooperation with partners across PAH Country Offices and HQ-led initiatives, particularly in complex and high-risk environments. Working closely with Programmes, Compliance and Support teams, the position will contribute to strengthening accountability, risk management and effective partner-based implementation across the organisation.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of PAH’s global partnership framework in line with international partnerships and localization approach
- Develop and maintain a coherent and scalable structure for working with partners across PAH Country Offices and HQ-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes
- Set and uphold common standards for partner engagement across the organization.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in the application of partnership processes across all stages of cooperation
- Strengthen the visibility and oversight of partner-based engagement, with particular attention to compliance and risk exposure
- Define and strengthen decision-making structures, roles and accountability mechanisms in cooperation with partners.
- Work closely with Support Services, Compliance and Programmes teams to align partnership-relevant processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partnership teams and relevant organisational units, including structured advice in complex or large-scale partnership environments
- Lead and manage the team, including task delegation, performance management, mentoring, professional development, team engagement, annual work planning, and departmental budget oversight

**The successful candidate will be selected based on the qualification requirements described below:**

- At least 7 years of experience working in NGOs or similar organizations
- Direct experience (minimum 2 years) in partnership oversight, capacity strengthening, due diligence, partner assessment, compliance processes including direct experience managing or coordinating partnerships with implementing partners in the humanitarian or development sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of the local context and previous work experience in Ukraine with local partners
- Experience working in high-risk or large-scale humanitarian operations
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to PAH Country Offices
- Languages: Very good knowledge (C1) of spoken and written English. Good knowledge (B2) of Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian will be a strong asset, as well as fair knowledge (B1) of French and Arabic.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to design systems, policies, or governance frameworks
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Law, Public Administration, Finance or any other relevant field
