## **Job Purpose:**

Perform planned MEAL tasks for the vocational training project.

## **Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Collect data (needs assessment, for example), and ensure delivering clear, relevant and reliable data.
- Ensure implementation of project activities in a manner that does not violate the internal laws of the communities, their customs and traditions, and does not affect the dignity and security of the beneficiary.
- Provide periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) on data collection activities.
- Conducting field visits, individual interviews and FGDs.
- Ensure community involvement in GAN activities to increase ownership and understanding.
- Receiving complaints, registering them, according to the agreed procedure.

## **Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**

- High school or higher education.
- At least one year of experience working with NGOs.
- Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Kobo.
- Good communication skills.
